I try to treat every customer I speak with on the phone like I would in person. Also, representatives are empowered to take action to help customers without having to transfer to different departments or checking with supervisors. So if customers have any questions on layouts for veterinary appointment cards or any of our products, we’ll be able to help them quickly and without hassle.
